Description:
1. This project is to Supply and install Replacement Chillers that service the Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke BC. Renovate/Upgrade existing Services and enclosures as required to accommodate the New Chiller.
All work as per Specifications
- Demolition
- Isolate, reclaim refrigerant and decommission existing chiller unit.
- All permits and certifications as required by code and the local jurisdiction.
-New Air-cooled chiller and associated ancillaries.
-New Variable Speed pumps and associated Ancillaries.
- Thermal Insulation.
- New Seismic Structural supports required for new equipment piping to BCBC 2018.
- DDC integration.
- Modifications to existing interconnecting chilled water piping .
- System electrical, mechanical modifications and commissioning directly associated to the replacement
chiller unit installation .
-Commissioning of System including operation and maintenance manuals.2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $700,000.00
3. Substantial Completion date to be determined by Contractor
