PROJECT INFORMATION - NCC (NEL) MHSU Tenant Improvements 6325054
1. Limited Tenant Improvement to accommodate a Mental Health Substance Use (MHSU) Program in a new leased space. Supply the necessary permits, labour, materials, construction equipment to complete the demo, upgrades & renovations involved as outlined in the IFT drawing package.Included but not limited to:- Reception area- Partition walls- Egress doorsOut of Scope:- Mechanical upgrades.
2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $170,000.00
3. Desired Substantial Completion is August 11, 2025
4. Desired Ready-for-Takeover date is August 11, 2025
