Description:
PROJECT INFORMATION1. The scope of work involves a tenant improvement project for Interior Health, located at 235/237-239 Lansdowne Street in Kamloops, B.C. The project covers 3,000 square feet on the main level, which will be retrofitted to include treatment rooms, a medication room, administrative offices, Intensive Case Management, Outpatient Withdrawal Management (OWM), Opioid Agonist Treatment, an Overdose Prevention Services (ODPS) workspace, a charting room, group/team space, a Supervised Consumption Site, and a Life Skills area.
Out of Project Scope:• All equipment and furniture• Base building mechanical & HVAC equipment upgrades• Intrusion and access control upgrades to the second floor• Hazardous materials abatement
2. The estimated construction budget for the project is $1,405,005.80
3. The Owner anticipates Substantial Completion by March 20, 2026. The Contractor is required to specify the number of weeks needed to achieve the substantial completion.
4. Ready-for-Takeover should be no later than two weeks after substantial completion.
5.This Project will use BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (“BOBS”), a bid depository system. The closing date for bid submission through BOBS is June 23, 2025
