Description:
Project Description: The East Kootenay Hospital project involves providing General Contracting Services to upgrade and modify existing infrastructure to support the replacement of two Getinge 733HC Steam Sterilizers with new, functionally equivalent units. The scope must also include: (but not limited to) • The Contractor will work directly with the equipment vendor and in collaboration with IH and the consultant to coordinate delivery, rigging, and installation sequencing. • The Sterilizer on the right side must be prioritized for replacement, before the left side Sterilizer. • Electrical upgrades as necessary to support the new equipment. • Data drops installed for sterilizer connectivity. • Sequenced work to ensure one Sterilizer remains operational at all times. • Assistance with the Building Permit application process as required (Building Permit to be procured by IH) Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build Contract Type: CCDC 2 (2020) All ITB and addenda documentation will be posted on IH - Bids and Tenders _________________________________________________________________________ All enquiries related to this ITB must be made via Bids & Tenders ► "Submit a Question" Instructions: Submitting a question - bids&tenders (zendesk.com)
