- Project Description: 1. This renovation of the nursery and nursing station will result in expanded space to decrease congestion and increase patient and staff safety. It will also enable the improved set-up of equipment required to care for sick newborns.Provide general contractor services for the project as per drawings and specifications, with a strict focus on infection control measures.The scope includes demolition and renovations within the existing Nursery suite, reconfiguring the space to decrease congestion and enhance patient and staff safety. Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of partitions, installation of doors, finishes, millwork, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and fixtures.All work must adhere to stringent infection control protocols and meet project requirements, codes, and standards set forth in the construction documents.
