Phone relocated next to wall mounted computer. Data cables to be pulled to Telecom Room. Equipment limited to provider stool and visitor chair. Existing sink and millwork to remain.Existing treatment room: Add new data drop and backing for wall mounted computer. Phone relocated next to wall mounted computer. Cables to be pulled to data rack in Records Storage room. Data cables to be pulled to Telecom Room. Add new hand hygiene sink. Existing Soiled Utility Room: New door to be added on the east door, with automatic access system. Add Hand Hygiene Sink, and an eye wash station. Install counter and two data ports.
