Description:
PROJECT INFORMATION
1. This project includes a full radiography system upgrade. The room footprint is to remain unchanged. All repair or replacement work required to remove existing equipment and install new equipment must be included. The vendor is responsible for scheduling all installation activities, completing all Electrical work to meet CSA standards (including permits), and carrying out any necessary patching and repairs. For further information please refer to the specifications, drawings, and scope of work documents.
2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $530,000.00
3. Desired Substantial Completion is July 14th, 2026
4. Desired Ready-for-Takeover date is July 31st, 2026
5. The following equipment has been pre-tendered to accommodate extended delivery periods:
Floor-mounted digital radiographic system with wall BuckyThis Project will use BidCentral online Bidding for Subcontractor ("BOBS"), a bid depository system.
(BOBS will close at 3:00 p.m. local time, two (2) working days prior to the general contractor-s bid closing)
