A Service Agreement with the successful proponent for an IT Asset management solution that will serve to: Ensure appropriate processes are in place to track IT assets hardware and software such as computers, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets and IT applications throughout their lifecycle Manage the lifecycle of the asset from acquisition to disposal Reconcile database of existing hardware and software assets Report and analyze trends, issues, insights and metrics As such, this RFP is broken down in two different Scopes of Work (SOW).
