Description:
The Town of Drumheller is seeking experienced and qualified IT Managed Services providers to submit proposals for the provision of comprehensive IT support and services for a term of five (5) years, with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions.
With the expiration of the current IT services contract, the Town is looking for a trusted partner to provide reliable, efficient, and scalable IT solutions that align with the outlined scope of work in the RFP documentation. IT services are a critical part of the Town-s day-to-day operations, and we require a provider who can ensure continuity, security, and performance across all systems, networks, and technological infrastructure.
Collaboration between the Town and the selected IT services provider is essential. The Town of Drumheller values proactive, responsive, and innovative solutions that will drive improvements to our technological landscape.
