- Review the 2023/24 IST report and provide a comprehensive plan of action via engineering documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, and action lists) to execute and rectify all deficiencies and recommendations included in the IST 2023/24 report. Provide estimates, solutions, plan of action foreach item listed in IST report as deficiency or recommendations or new findings. Provide a list with estimates at class D / BC2 to determine which items can be completed by BGIS operations team and which items will go to tender for construction.During implementation phase of the plan of action on eachitem, physical testing shall be performed to establish proof of items being rectified.
