The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: The provision of construction services to renovate the existing pool deck and its amenities as they have reached the end of its useful life and will require major alterations. The scope of work will include accessibility and barrier removals identified through an existing audit or the space, removal and replacement of all deck tiles including associated pool piping, new interior space lighting and replacement of associated HVAC at the Iroquois Ridge Community Centre, located at 1051 Glenashton Drive, Oakville, ON L6H 5M1. Further described in Section 4 Scope of Work and Specifications.
