Description:
The work includes site care and maintenance services across the former Biosolids Land Drying Area (BLDA) to the east of the existing Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (IIWWTP) on Iona Island, in Richmond, B.C. The Iona Upgrade Project IPMT Team requires a Site Care & Maintenance Contractor over the BLDA Area, as it prepares for further upgrade and civil development works. BLDA Site Care & Maintenance services are essential to provide general site security and complete general site maintenance including managing vegetation growth and site water management and dewatering. The Corporation is anticipating commencing the Contract on June 1,2025. The Corporation intend to retain the Contractor for the care and maintenance of Biosolids Land Drying Area for a period of 6 months with a provisional 6-month extension at the end of the 6-month term. The Contract may be extended as mutually agreed by the Contractor and the Corporation.
