Description : Clearwater County invites tenders from parties interested in performing motor grader maintenance on municipal roads as identified in the tender package. This tender package can be picked up at Clearwater County-s office located at 4340 - 47 Avenue, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta or on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website, www.purchasingconnection.ca. The tender(s) submitted shall be by the hour for a five (5) year term, for the supply and operation of a suitably equipped motor grader. Beat 504 is approximately 169 kms in length and is south of Rocky Mountain House. Commencement of this beat contract begins October 1, 2020. This beat will require summer and winter maintenance as deemed necessary. All tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Beat Tender No. 504” no later than 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 14, 2020.
