AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE
IN THE GREATER VICTORIA AREA

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of space that meets the following criteria:
Section A: Lease Components
a lease term of approximately Ten (10) years, commencing on or about August 1, 2024 plus options to extend the lease for Two (2) additional period(s) of Two (2) years each;approximately 367.10 usable square metres (um2) of contiguous office space;the proposed space must be available approximately sixteen (16) weeks prior to the above-noted lease commencement date so all space(s) may be prepared for occupancy; the proposed space should satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:1. Ground floor preferred
the proposed space must be located in the City of Langford, City of Colwood, or Town of View Royal and within the following boundaries (the geographical boundaries include sites on either side of the roads):North: Setchfield Ave, Treanor Ave, Hwy 1, Burnside Rd W, Helmcken Rd, Wilkinson Rd.
South: Latoria Rd, Latoria Blvd, Metchosin Rd, Sooke Rd, Island Hwy
East: Interurban Rd, McKenzie Ave, Admirals Rd
West: West Shore Parkway
