Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of office space that meets the following criteria:
Section A: Lease Components
•a lease term of approximately 12 months, commencing on or about May 1st, 2025, plus four options to extend the lease for four additional periods of three months each;
•The premises sought will serve as an administrative processing center for clients;
•The building in which the proposed premises are located should meet or be able to meet the following criteria:
a.Be large enough and provided with the necessary equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to safely accommodate an office space, a reception area, a meal distribution area and a waiting room with a capacity for 50 to 200 people;
b.Be connected to public services (electricity, water supply);
c.Be equipped with interior and exterior lighting fixtures that provide an acceptable level of illumination;
d.Be equipped with the necessary mechanical systems to meet standard heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) standards;
e.Provide washrooms for men and women, equipped with all sanitary fixtures, accessories, and supplies that meet commercial standards;
f.Be served by a complete system of domestic hot and cold water;
g.Be equipped with complete systems of potable water, sanitary and storm drainage;
h.Allow for the layout of two zones, each with a separate entrance;
