1. This Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity is open to all interested vendors.2. Scope & Summary:The City is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents to provide and implement a comprehensive surplus management system. The system will enable the city to efficiently the collection, tracking and resale or disposal of surplus assets,The selected vendors will be responsible for the following: 1. Install and configure the surplus asset management system on City infrastructure or provide a cloud-based solution tailored to our specific needs;2. Migrate existing asset data to the new system; 3. Provide maintaining of all information related to surplus management in one system; 4. Provide multiple methods of resale, redistribution, and disposal such as: online sale, auction, auction sale by vendor, in person, sale to other BU, donation; 5. Provide a user-friendly online commerce site with online auction capabilities for online sales;6. Provide mobile Point of Sale (POS) for Investment Recovery in person sales;7. Provide approval workflow processes, automated notifications, and asset tracking;8. Implement features for asset evaluation;9. Provide an ability to conduct disposal process;10.
