Tender are invited for Investment Manager Search Database and Analytics Tool- eVestment Core Platform
Project Description : Notice is hereby given by The City of its intent to enter into a contract with Evestment Alliance LLC for one (1) year of database access with approved annual renewals thereafter for additional four (4) years.The Evestment database is used for conducting external investment manager searches as well as ongoing manager monitoring and evaluation. Functions utilized include the following: full fund profile information; compare; screening; charting; style analysis; holdings analysis; scorecard. The system allows users to compare current and prospective investment managers across a variety of risk and return metrics. Unlimited licenses are a feature of this service.The estimated annual cost for this procurement is USD 65,675.00 per year. It is the intent of The City to award this contract for the following reason(s):1. Evestment Alliance, LLC is the only known source able to provide all products and services required.2. Under New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) exemption (g) “where it can be demonstrated that only one supplier is able to meet the requirements of a procurement”, Evestment Alliance, LLC is the only authorized provider to offer the necessary depth and breadth of investment manager and fund information as well as the tools required to analyze that information3.
