Description : Olds College is seeking to achieve the following objectives through any Agreement that may result from this RFP, and as detailed further in Section D: Pricing Schedule, which includes the specifics of this Project, for the provision of Investment Management and Advisory services, including: a) providing advice and recommendations on the College-s investment policies and existing investment holdings b) recommendations regarding investment options, c) monitoring the allocation of assets within and among the College-s investment portfolios and recommending reallocations to rebalance funds when required, d) provide regular quarterly portfolio reporting, analysis of returns and comparisons against benchmark indices, analysis and other assistance as required for financial reporting purpose, e) presentation of performance reporting to the Finance Committee, along with information, interpretation and advice regarding market trends and forecasts, risk and other relevant data impacting the College and its investments.
