Project Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.2. The City of Calgary (The City) is requesting proposals for the provision of investment custodian and performance measurement services. The requirement is divided into two (2) schedules:Schedule A: Investment Custodian ServicesSchedule B: Performance Measurement and AnalyticsProponents may submit proposals for any schedule. If a Proponent elects to submit a proposal for more than one (1) schedule, submit the response for each schedule as a separate file during proposal submission and clearly identify which schedule the file is for on the cover page.3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City-s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of five (5) years and may be renewed for up to one (1) time for three (3) years each time. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and executed.
