• Description:
• The Board is seeking to secure a competent and qualified vendors to provide inventory movements on an as needed basis as well as inventory management services. For planning purposes only, the Board estimates that approximately 350 work orders are processed annually for inventory movement services, with peak demand during the months of March and September. This information is provided as reference only and does not constitute a guarantee of volume to be assigned to successful proponent. Example of inventory movement and inventory management Services includes, but not be limited to:
  Moving of furniture, equipment and other items between Board locations;
  Disassembly and assembly of furniture and equipment, as required;
  Organizing storage and coordinating movements of Surplus inventory;
  Developing, tracking movements and maintaining inventory list with short description and count of each item stored at the Board two Surplus locations Marlborough and PLC;
  Disposing of items in poor condition, as identified by the Board;
  Performing minor repairs and cleaning items, prior to delivery, as required;
  Assisting with last minute moving requirements for capital construction projects;
  Assisting with the retrieval of archive storage documents; and
  Setting-up new furniture and equipment for smaller scale construction projects, if required.
