Description : The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to perform an Inventory, Condition and Capital Planning Assessment (ICC) of all existing building, process and site work assets for the Maryhill Heights Pumping Station and Reservoir including an ROV inspection of the Reservoir.
