Description:
Title : Internet Access Service for ICAO Regional Office in Paris
Description : The procurement objective is to contract an Internet Service Provider for EUR/NAT Office to ensure the fiber optic link to the ICAO Headquarters in Montreal. The link will be supporting a VPN tunnel from the router located at EUR/NAT Office, Neuilly sur Seine (France) to the router located at the Headquarters in Montreal (Canada). The link should support all Internet activity, including the VPN tunnel, at a minimum speed of 100 Mbit/s on both upload and download. The service should include the installation and setup of all the necessary equipment: fiber optic unit, router, power supply unit (2), and any other equipment necessary. A range of 16 IP addresses should be included with the service (or 2 ranges of 8 IPs as it is currently). The New Internet Service is to start on January 1, 2022, for an initial period of one year; with three potential extension of one year each for a total of up to four years. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit to confirm the existing conditions, installations and installed equipment.
