Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Citizens' Services, Procurement Services Branch (PSB), on behalf of the British Columbia Wildfire Services (BCWS) of its intent to issue a solicitation for one Intermediate lift helicopter capable of conducting Class D fixed line HEC operations to support Northwest Fire Center and the Province.
In addition to HEC program, the solicitation may include a variety of roles including but not inclusive of; Initial Attack, support of large fire operations, reconnaissance, infrared scanning, fire ignition operations, HEC training and operational rescues and a variety of missions supporting FLNRORD operations.
