Marie, Ontario P6A 2G4Contact:Meeka Bruniprocurement@algomau.caProcurement Method: Open acquisition whereby all interested Suppliers may submit a Proposal.Description:This Request for Proposals ("RFP") issued by Algoma University invites qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for the fabrication and installation of Interior Signage and Environmental Graphics (IS&EG) at its Brampton campus.The scope of work includes all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to fabricate and install interior signage and graphics, including: Fabrication, supply, delivery, and installation of all interior signage and graphics as defined in Appendix 8 Interior Signage and Environmental Graphics Package. Provision of samples/prototypes of finishes, lettering, and tactile features for AU approval prior to production. Collaboration with AU's project designer to ensure alignment with accessibility, wayfinding, and branding standards. Removal and responsible disposal of any existing interior signage. Provision of warranties on materials and workmanship (minimum one year). All work must comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Ontario Building Code, and AU's internal accessibility and branding policies.Site Visit:A site visit to AU's Brampton Campus will be held on September 4, 2025.
