Description : DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - Project HAXWG72. - Interior Retrofit II - Recap 6 J, JJ, YY Style Residential Housing Units (RHU-s), at 17 Wing Detachment, CFB Winnipeg The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate various styles of housing unit including demolition and reconstruction of interior, exterior finish, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems at 17 Wing Winnipeg, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Tenderers are advised that bid security is required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), Paragraph 5. As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 - Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
