Your firm is invited to submit a Proposal for the following: Provide the rental of live office plants and for ongoing plant maintenance services at the WCB's three (3) offices located at 333 & 363 Broadway and 330 St. Mary Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to provide the following services:a) Office Plant/Planter/Bowl/Mount/Pot Rentals: The Contractor shall provide live office plants of varying sizes and species along with a variety of plant containers to complement interior spaces of the Winnipeg Offices. A list of existing live office plants currently in circulation is provided in the Fee Schedule attached as Schedule "D". Vendors are encouraged to provide an itemized price list of individual plant sizes/species available for rent should the WCB decide to amend its current inventory.b) Maintenance: The Contractor shall provide ongoing care and maintenance of the live office plants, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and other such care as required to maintain healthy looking plants, including replacement of live office plants as needed.
