Interior Parade Hall Lights, First Floor Washroom, Senior NCO's Mess Retrofit

Job Location : 505 Fourth Street E., Cornwall, Ontario

Description : GOC991635 - Work of this Contract comprises replacement of existing lighting system in the Parade Hall. Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide new lighting fixtures in the Parade Hall. 2. Decommission, remove and dispose from site all existing lighting fixtures. 3. Branch wiring and dimming control for flag accent lighting. 4. Emergency lighting provisions for designated fixtures and circuits with transfer relay to alternate power source. 5. Commissioning and operational test of fixtures and controls. Please see GOC991635 Plans and Specs for detailed scope of work GOC1246906 - Work of this Contract comprises of the upgrade in first floor men-s and women-s washroom. Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal of flooring, vanity counters, cabinets, toilets fixtures, toilet partitions, washroom accessories and associated Mechanical and electrical items. 2. Contractor to provide new flooring, vanity counters, toilet fixtures, toilet partition system, wall tiles, washroom accessories and associated Mechanical and Electrical support system.
