Description:
This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”), to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of providing Interior and Exterior Renovations Services in Lower Mainland, BC, as further described in this ITT.
For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be:Lucia Pacheco, Supply Chain Managementlpacheco@bchousing.orgAll queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

BC Housing intends to hold an Optional Site Visit on May 29, 2024. Proponents who have submitted signed NDA are eligible to attend the site visit. Location and detailed site visit instructions will be provided upon NDA submission.
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix E- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to attend the optional site visit and to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: May 22, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
