The Ministry of Children and Families (MCFD) in the North East is seeking a Contractor or Contractors to provide an Intensive Support and Supervision Program (ISSP) combined with High Priority Services (HPS) for youth between the ages of 12 and 20. ISSP is a court ordered service intended to provide a higher level of support and supervision than would be provided to youth on a probation orders. HPS are voluntary services to support youth involved with the Youth Justice Program.
