Gef Operates Within the City of Edmonton at Locations in Various Communities. the Demolition of the Existing Building and Construction of a New Facility in the Lauderdale District will Provide Additional Seniors Housing Options. the Facility will be Essential to the Community. Gef Seniors Housing Has Selected Rpk Architects As Prime Consultant and Delnor Construction As General Contractor and is Now Requesting Proposals from Qualified Teams Comprising of Either Mechanical Consulting and Contracting Teams or Electrical Consulting and Contracting Teams to Work As Part of a Highly Collaborative Team on an Integrated Project Delivery (Ipd) Basis and Share in the Project\`S Risks and Success. the Intent is to have Teams of Electrical Consultant and Contractor Submit Jointly or Teams of Mechanical Consultant and Contractor Submit Jointly, Individual Submissions Shall Not be Considered, Submissions to be from a Team of the Consultant and the Contractor in Either Electrical or Mechanical the Project is for the Development of Lauderdale Homes Cottage Units Located at 12903 - 103 Street to 12927 - 103 Street in Edmonton, Alberta. the Development of a Configuration of Buildings to Accommodate Approximately 37 Units, and Further Described in Available Project Information, Section 3. Pre-Bid Meeting: a Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Teleconference Meeting is Scheduled for 1:00 P.M. on September 17, 2020.
