Project Description : GEF Seniors Housing is established by the Provincial Ministerial Order as aManagement Body under the Alberta Housing Act and the regulations thereto.Detailed information on GEF Seniors Housing is available from the websitewww.gef.orgGEF operates within the City of Edmonton at locations in various communities. Thedemolition of the existing building and construction of a new facility in the LauderdaleDistrict will provide additional seniors housing options.
