Detailed_Description : Supply Ontario is releasing a Request for Bids (RFB) for Insurance Broker Services #tender_20601.Supply Ontario is seeking to establish a contractual relationship with multiple Registered Insurance Brokers to provide insurance brokerage services, as required for OPS and Non-OPS entities.
Scope of Work : The objective of this RFB is to establish a multi-vendor, enterprise Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Insurance Broker Services for a period of Six (6) years.Supply Ontario is seeking to establish and build a relationship with multiple Registered Insurance Brokers that can provide OPS and non-OPS Clients with insurance broker services catered to their individual insurance needs. The VOR will provide OPS and Non-OPS entities with a list of pre-qualified licensed insurance brokers they can invite to bid on their insurance and risk management requirements during a second stage selection process. Clients may range in size from large and complex risk management accounts such as provincial ministries and agencies, to small Non-OPS entities with a few staff and basic insurance needs. Consequently, this RFB encourages Brokers with experience servicing accounts of any size and complexity to respond. Core service requirements for all Brokers include insurance placement, issuance of certificates of insurance, and claims intake and advocacy.
