- Description:
- The Municipality of Huron Shores is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of guide rails along Melwel Road. This project is based on recommendations from an engineering review identifying roadside safety concerns, including steep embankments and unprotected rockcuts. A site visit is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Proponents wishing to arrange a site visit must contact the Public Works Superintendent no later than May 3, 2025. It is the responsibility of each proponent to be familiar with the site and any relevant conditions. The Municipality willnot be responsible for any misunderstandings or errors related to site conditions that could have been identified through a visit.
