Tender are invited for For several years, equipment that is regularly in use at the Embassy of Canada to the Democratic Republic of Congo, located in Kinshasa, has been suffering damages caused by frequent fluctuations in the electrical current provided by the Société nationale d-électricité (SNEL) [National Power Company]. The electrical current is also a hazard to Embassy staff and visitors.The objective of these works is to install an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) after the central panel to ensure quality and stable delivery of electrical service at the Embassy.To support the objectives of the project, the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the Contractor to undertake several key tasks, outlined chronologically in the phases below:Phase 1 - Assessment and Design PlanPhase 2 - Installation of Equipment, Construction of a Shelter for the AVR and Commissioning of the Equipment
