- DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the installation of new street light standards, replacement of existing street light standards, replacement of underground street light cable including but not limited to the installation of de-energized primary cable, transformers, streetlight cabinets and construction of primary and secondary DIP poles on an as required basis in the Province of Manitoba.
