- BGIS requests price proposals for inspection service of the shipping vessels on request within the framework of its contract with Public Services and Supply Canada (SPAC). The services are required for buildings listed in Annex 9. These buildings are locatedIn Quebec. At the end of the tender process, only one supplier will be qualified and will be granted the contract, subject to satisfaction of the selection criteria set out in this document. The granting is made as a whole and not by building. The contract will be from May 1, 2026 to 30April 2028 (2 years) with three (3) options of one (1) year.
