- The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide injection services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) of approximately 130 Dutch Elm trees for Dutch Elm disease,on the Legislative grounds, Memorial Park and surrounding areas in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Province of Manitoba has conducted the Dutch Elm Disease Management Program since 1975. The aim of this program is to slow down, or where possible, stop the advances of Dutch Elm Disease (DED). Manitoba reservesthe right to utilize the Services at alternate facilities under control of Manitoba at the same rates as submitted.
