- Provide labour, material, and tools for the Project, located at the Smoky Lake Provincial Building 108 Wheatland Avenue, Smoky Lake, AB T0A 3C0, in accordance with the drawings, schedules, and specifications herein. The Project generally relates to the disconnection and removal of the electrical distribution panels (main, branch, and MCC) from site, and the replacement of all panels with new. Work is to include the reconnection of all motors, motor controls, branch circuits, and misc. supporting works to return building to a functioning and better-than-found state. All motors will have their control and operation verified. Hazardous materials are known to exist in some work areas and are to be appropriately abated. Panel removal includes for demolition of exiting drywall to be repaired, patched, and painted.
