The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) is currently soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the determination and provision of annual services rates to be used for institutional reporting under the Infrastructure Operating Fund (IOF), for the period of five (5) years starting in January 2026.CLOSING: Proposals must be emailed to stephane.leroux@innovation.ca, on or before Monday October 6, 2025 by 3PM EDT. Please include "CFI-RFP2025-IOF" in the subject line.
