- Red Deer Remand Centre Replacement of Cell Door Hardware - Locks Replacement of cell door locks ( 64 approximately), door positioning switches, wiring harnesses, new cylinders c/w extensions, cylinder cores and new operating and control keys. In addition spare parts and training to be included . Bidders must have minimum five years experience in the supply of detention lock systems for Remand or Detention facilities. Contractors must be an authorized reseller / distributor of the door locks from the original manufacturer of the locks.
