Tender are invited for Infrastructure and Site Grading for New Water Reservoir

Notice Details Sealed tenders will be received by the Town of Grand Falls until 2:00:00 p.m. local time, Thursday February 13th, 2025, in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Municipal Building at 131 Pleasant Street, Suite 200, Grand Falls, NB, E3Z 1J3 for the Project No. 5271-2, Infrastructure and Site Grading for New Water Reservoir, Grand Falls Regional Municipality, NB.

Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing at the municipal building.

In general, the work consists in the clearing, grubbing and grading of existing ground to build a new access road and site for a new above ground potable water reservoir. Supplying and installing a new water distribution line, reservoir drainage line, PRV chamber along with associated roadway restoration and concrete curbs and gutters and asphalt sidewalk.

Tender documents must be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, the Town of Grand Falls and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John.
