- The intent of this RFP is to find successful Proponent(s) capable of providing Information Technology Subject Matter Expertise Consulting Services (IT SME Services), which would consist of the provision of qualified IT SME resources to work with EPCOR-s internal IT staff on an as required basis for three years with the option to extend for three subsequent terms of one year each. Spend for IT SME Services overall has ranged from $6 to $9 M annually, though future spend may vary widely depending on the projects launched each year. A complete list of subject matter areas is detailed in Appendix 1. Proponents may respond to any or all of the SME Services resource categories.
EPCOR is procuring Information Technology Subject Matter Expertise (IT SME) Consulting Services on an as-needed basis through both Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Fee arrangements. Under the T&M model, services will be billed at pre-approved, all-inclusive hourly rates for junior to senior-level resources. - Documents:
