To support this effort, THRC is leading a national multi-year workforce development initiative to develop workforce solutions resources that will strengthen an employer-s ability to provide relevant training offerings, identify skills requirements, recruit, foster workforce mobility etc. The purpose of this work is to develop a competency framework for the Trucking and Logistics industry and define National Occupational Standards (NOS)s for select occupations.
