Description:
The Village of Elbow is requesting bid submissions from qualified Contractors to complete the installation of water mains and associated infrastructure within an industrial subdivision. The work includes the following: Supply and installation of all materials and equipment for the completion of the Work including transportation of all materials and equipment to the site. Supply and install approximately 1,050 m of 150 mm Ø HDPE DR 17 (IPS) Water Main Supply and install approximately 750 m of 200 mm Ø HDPE DR 17 (IPS) Water Main (Optional) Supply and install 150 mm Hydrants c/w Tee, Lead Pipe, & Valve Supply and install 150 mm Gate Valves c/w Valve Boxes and Fittings Supply and install 150 mm & 200 mm (Optional) Fittings such as Tees, Bends, and Reducers Locate and Connect to Existing Water Mains Hydrostatic and Leakage Testing, Flushing, Disinfection, and Bacteriological Testing Municipal Road, Culvert, and Waterline / Sewerline Crossings Supply and install 50 mm Ø HDPE DR 9 (IPS) Water Services Road Restoration such as Subgrade Compaction, Traffic Gravel, and Topsoil and Seeding Ditches as required. Cleaning up of the Site. Repair of Defects for One Year after Completion of the Work.
