Description:
Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) hereby provides notice of its intention to enter into a direct award agreement with Festo Didactic Ltd, a sole manufacturer and supplier, to procure the Industrial Automation and Industry Learning Factory Kit. The single workpiece flow Modular Production System (MPS) includes all associated modules and accessories. The selection of the Festo products will ensure compatibility with the existing products and area coverage. The equipment is required to be purchased and delivered to the RDP Campus on or before February 29, 2024.All questions related to this notice must be addressed to the RDP Contact before the Question Deadline. Interested parties who wish to challenge this decision or believe they could satisfy the requirements should submit their objections via email to purchasing@rdpolytech.ca on or before the Submission Deadline. Objection letters must present specific reasons for their objection and clearly outline the vendor-s ability to offer the same or exceed the specifications outlined above. This Notice of Intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this Notice will be used solely to determine whether further competitive procedures should be used for this purchase.All questions and responses are to be submitted in English.
