Projet Cadence Rail s.e.c. (is seeking, through this request for expression of interest (the or ), to identify and qualify potential bidders for Indigenous Relations services for the Alto project.The Alto project aims to develop a new high-speed railnetwork dedicated to passenger transport in the Quebec-Toronto corridor, which will include rights-of-way, rail tracks, stations, structures, rolling stock, and new and modernized rail systems. Led by the Crown corporation VIA HFR-VIA TGF INC., now known as Alto on behalf of the Government of Canada,this is the largest infrastructure project in Canada in decades. The Project aims to meet the growing demand for travel in the country's busiest corridor by building a fast, frequent, and reliable train network that will connect major cities such as Toronto, Peterborough, Ottawa, Laval, Montreal,Trois-Rivieres, and Quebec. The Project will offer a new rail service over nearly 1,000 km, primarily on dedicated and electrified tracks, making travel faster and more environmentally friendly.By offering shorter transit times and more frequent departures, the Project will facilitate travel for work,education, and leisure. The new dedicated tracks will also improve service reliability. Additionally, the Project will stimulate economic growth by creating jobs, attracting investments, and improving connectivity between major economic centers.
