Surrey Place is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to select one (1) or more parties that submit a bid Proposal ("Proposal") in response to this RFP (each, a "Proponent"), to support Surrey Place's efforts in building cultural humility, fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenouscommunities, and advancing reconciliation. (the "Deliverables"). Surrey Place is seeking expert guidance to develop and implement culturally responsive approaches that promote inclusion, respect, and meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities. We are committed to responding to the Truth andReconciliation Commission's (TRC) Calls to Action relevant to our organization and integrating Indigenous perspectives into our programs, services, and organizational culture. The successful Proponent will work collaboratively with our leadership team, staff, and key stakeholders to build organizationalcapacity for respectful and reciprocal relationships with Indigenous communities.
