The Columbia Shuswap Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified project management firms with expertise in Indigenous engagement methodologies and cultural safety, municipal governance, interjurisdictional facilitation, emergency management and project management to deliver a strategic plan to meet eligible activities outlined in the Indigenous Engagement Requirement Fund.

The successful Proponent will work with the CSRD to then complete the eligible activities.

Consultants must also have extensive knowledge and understanding of emergency planning, the Emergency and Disaster Management Act, Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act, Community Charter, Local Government Act and Indigenous
