As such, it-s essential for FCC to provide our employees with access to knowledge and information on Canada-s historical and ongoing treatment of and relationship with Indigenous peoples and nations, as well as relevant cultural and business insight and information needed to build trust, advance nation-to-nation relationships and enable economic reconciliation within the Canadian food and ag industry.
At present, FCC has a 3.5-hour mandatory learning that is included as part of onboarding - it was launched 4+ years ago. With a more robust strategy grounded deeply in impact and reconciliation, we know it is now time to revisit our overall knowledge offering.
