Tender are invited for Index Editor Contractor
Project Description : Alberta Seniors, Community and Social Services (SCSS) is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide the services of an Index Editor contractor to enhance and maintain the existing school, program, and occupation indexes for alis.alberta.ca/occinfo. In addition, research of category classifications, codes and keywords is needed. Editing and some researching work accompanies this. The indexing and editing services help Albertans explore and plan their career and education options. This includes publishing program updates, removing closed schools, linking new programs to related occupations, etc. Payment of contracted services will be on a Fixed Hourly Rate basis. The Contract is expected to commence April 1, 2023 and continue until March 31, 2026. CSS may choose to extend the Contract for up to two additional terms of up to 24 months each (total possible extension of up to 48 months) to perform the Services.Proposals are to be prepared in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP must be obtained from the APC Tendering System.Questions or concerns must be communicated in writing to the Contracting Manager at least five Business Days prior to the RFP-s Closing Date and Time.
